 Assistant Producer / PA to the Artistic Director

The Assistant Producer / Personal Assistant to the Artistic Director (AP/PA) will be primarily responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the Producing Department and delivery of the forthcoming season’s programming. The AP/PA acts as the main point of contact across departments and provides general assistance to the team including day to day administrative duties.

The post-holder will ensure swift and accurate communications within the organisation including assisting with diary management for the Senior Management team, office admin support, booking travel and accommodation, email support for the Artistic Director etc. 

The AP/PA must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and must be confident in providing rigorous ad- ministrative structure to a busy and varied team and work environment. 

Responsible To: Senior Producer (and Artistic Director)

Works Closely With: Producer, Senior Producer, General Manager, Head of Development

Salary: £26,000 per annum

Contract Length: Full-Time Contract. 40 hours per week. 

Working Hours: 9:30 – 17:30, including some evening and weekend work as required. 

 

 

FRONT OF HOUSE ASSISTANT

Job Title: Front of House Assistant
Contract: Casual Worker
Pay Rate: £9.50 per hour (plus holiday pay), paid fortnightly.
Start Date: Immediate Start and Training, Subject to References.
Working Hours: Primarily evening and weekend work
Closing Date: Monday 8 August
Interviews: Wednesday 10 August – Friday 19 August
Start Date:
September 2022, Subject to References.
