Coronet Inside Out

From April 8th 2020 to April 28th 2021, the Coronet Theatre delivered one of the largest and longest running seasons of international, cross disciplinary digital work with Coronet Inside Out. 

Producing 76 digital works of art for over a year, releasing more than one each week – Coronet Inside Out spanned a wealth of genres including Poetry, Dance, Theatre, Music, Photography and Live Art. The theatre collaborated with over 120 artists including William Kentridge, Simon Armitage, Ben Okri, Ibrahim Mahama, Hanif Kureishi and many more. Presented in a variety of formats including a mixture of live performances, recorded streams, audio work and workshops – audiences were treated to a feast of work delivered to their homes from 5 different continents and over 20 countries, achieving over 500,000 views.
