Poetry Club At The Coronet Theatre
Poetry Club is one of The Coronet’s most popular and long-running series, now in its second decade. Each event brings leading poets to our stage, whether in our atmospheric candlelit bar or our intimate auditorium.
Over the years, Poetry Club has welcomed some of the most celebrated voices in contemporary poetry, including Simon Armitage, Lemn Sissay, Joelle Taylor, Glyn Maxwell, Ella Frears, Imtiaz Dharker, Nick Makoha, Roger Robinson, David Harsent, Daljit Nagra and many more.
The evening doesn’t end with the readings: audiences are invited to stay on for a drink in the bar, meet the poets, and continue the conversation in one of London’s most atmospheric spaces.
