The Coronet introduces six Korean artists whose urgent, compelling work explores identity and image through a series of complex and skilful video art pieces.

These vibrant works, undercut by powerful political and social messages, take inspiration from mass culture in all its forms: from cartoons to fashion, film to music. An extraordinarily experimental response to globalisation and Korean popular culture, this provocative piece highlights the potentially manipulative impact of social media on our lives.
