Jean Abreu And Naishi Wang: Movement Workshop
Alongside the highly anticipated UK premiere of Deciphers, The Coronet Theatre is thrilled to present an exclusive 90 minute workshop with acclaimed dancer-choreographers Jean Abreu and Naishi Wang.
This workshop is open to all adults, with no dance experience needed, where participants will have the opportunity to try out simple ways of moving to explore how the body can express ideas and help people connect. The session will include easy activities using gesture, rhythm, and improvisation, giving you the chance to move, interact, and discover how people from different cultures and backgrounds can share through movement. It is friendly, open to everyone, and a great way to try something new.
Suitable for: Adults aged 18+. Open to all, whether you’re new to movement or simply curious to try something different.
Attire: Participants should be dressed in loose-fitting, comfortable clothing you can move in. No special footwear is required, though barefoot or soft shoes are recommended.
All workshop participants will receive an exclusive ticket offer to attend Deciphers.
