Wheelchair Usersand Visitors with Limited Mobility

We’re committed to making the Coronet Theatre as accessible as possible for all visitors. As a Grade II listed building, we face some physical limitations, but we’ve introduced several features to help support wheelchair users and those with limited mobility.
Arriving at the Theatre
Step-free access to the building is available via one of our side entrances on Uxbridge Street, where a ramp leads to a stairlift providing access to the main auditorium. A second stairlift will give you access to our Print Room Studio space.
Wheelchair Spaces
There are a limited number of wheelchair spaces in the auditorium, and these must be booked in advance by contacting the Box Office at
020 3642 6606 or access@thecoronettheatre.com.
If you need to transfer from your wheelchair into a theatre seat, our Front of House team will safely store your chair for the duration of the performance, and can return it to you at the interval if needed.
Please note that you must be able to self-transfer from your wheelchair to the stairlift, with assistance from a companion if needed.
We kindly ask that you check your wheelchair fits within the following dimensions before booking:
- Maximum width: 103cm
- Maximum length: 107cm
If your chair exceeds these dimensions, or if you’re unsure whether it can be accommodated, please get in touch so we can discuss the best possible options for your visit.

Disabled Parking
There is an parking spot for disabled badge holders only, in front of the theatre on Hillgate street.
To discuss your specific access needs, reserve a wheelchair space, or arrange assistance, please contact us at access@thecoronettheatre.com or call the Box Office on 020 3642 6606.
We strongly recommend booking access requirements in advance so that we can offer the best possible support during your visit.
