Your Tickets

If you selected Care of Box Office, your tickets will be ready for collection on the performance day.

If you booked E‑Tickets, they will be emailed to you in advance. You don’t need to print them – just show them on your phone. There’s no need to queue at the Box Office.

If you haven’t received your e‑tickets, please check your junk folder or search all your inboxes for an email from hello@thecoronettheatre.com with the subject Your tickets are ready.

Booking Fee

Our £2.50 booking fee helps cover the cost of providing a secure, reliable ticketing system and the customer support that goes with it. It contributes to things like maintaining our website, processing payments safely, and making sure our Box Office team can help you with any questions or changes to your booking.

We keep this fee as low as possible and never charge it for in‑person bookings at the theatre. Every penny we save on ticketing administration helps us focus more of our resources on the work you see on stage and in our community.
